SPECIAL OFFER FOR SELF-FUNDING STUDENTS….
For generic and specialist programmes only
Having difficulty getting funding from your employer? Thinking of paying your own fees? Take advantage of our new interest free credit scheme for self-funding students. Well, it works for sofas, why not for training?
Instead of paying £90 up front for the generic programme, you can now pay £20 and commence training. After six modules you will be invoiced for a further £20, and again after the next six. The final £30 (or £40 for the specialist programme) is payable prior to certification. This spreads the cost over a number of months, hopefully to the point where you will barely notice it. After all, twenty pounds is just a round of drinks at the pub, right? So do your liver a favour and instead of consuming alcohol, start learning about it!
If you would like to do this, simply return your application form with a cheque for £20 and write in the section under address to be invoiced, ‘self-funding credit scheme.’ We will let you know when the next payment is due. Your first module will be sent by return of post and you can get started.
You could be forgiven for thinking that a course such as this should be paid for by your employer when it clearly relates to work-based skills. This is also our view and we are happy to argue the case with you, but if all else fails, there are some positive aspects to paying your own fees. Here they are:

Our training programmes are designed to teach drug awareness (rather than medical skills) to inform clinical judgment. Individual clinical judgment must be exercised in each presentation according to pre-existing training.
